Will you restock certain styles?
We CANNOT guarantee that we will be restocking styles once they are sold out.
We keep our item inventory small so not everyone can look as good as you!
If you subscribe to our email list you will receive emails about new items, restocks, and more. make sure to follow us on social media as well!
What payment methods can I use?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is complete.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
Affirm: For orders over $50.00, select installments at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to an eligibility check and might not be available in all states. CA Residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lender license.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and/ or exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both returns and exchange back to Kaí Noire. Kaí Noire pays to re-ship the exchange.

Kaí Noire reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments, jewelry and sale/ clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, under garments, sale items and/or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
